PPIC - BATAM
  • Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the manufactured products to be delivered on time to custome
  • Review Purchase Orders for welding/fabrication and machining
  • Write Work Order based on Purchase Order and other related documents
  • Specify material and labor needs to carry out the Work Order
  • Schedule manufacturing activities together with Operation Manager
  • Monitor and change on-going manufacturing activities to optimize cost and delivery time
  • Write weekly reports to General Manager on manufacturing activities and production schedule
  • Implement and improve implementations of manufacturing best-practices, such as ISO 9001: 2008
  • Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, any field.
  • Required language(s): English

  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.

ACCOUNTING OFFICER - BATAM
  • Responsibilities:
  • Review and sent monthly tax reports to tax office
  • Creating Project Cost for each job/order
  • Pay the cost expenses by using petty Cash
  • Review and Sign invoices from supplier
  • Negotiate the price to supplier
  • Directing all aspects of accounting operations, overseeing all transactions related to general ledger, receivables, payables, payroll and financial reporting
  • Issue regular status and ad hoc reports to senior management.
  • preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
  • Requirements:
  • More than 3 years experience as Finance & Accounting level with a reputable and Medium to Large Company.

MACHINING SPV - BATAM
  • Responsibilities:
  • Re-designs, repairs, or replaces in-process production program equipment, production control hardware, and tooling
  • Develops processes, methods, tooling, and production controls for new programs; supervises their assembly and proofing
  • Sets up new equipment, ensures its satisfactory operation, and instructs others to use the new equipment properly
  • Writes procedures for the operation of new or existing equipment
  • Stays informed concerning new manufacturing technology and equipment, and investigates their potential applications. Recommends incorporation of new technology for company applications where feasible and practical. Assists in the training of less-experienced department personnel
  • Requirements:
  • Experience 3 years as CNC OPERATOR
  • Experienced in programming CNC lathe, minimum 3 Years
  • Capable Turning & Milling program fanuc control
  • Mastering Autocad 2D
  • Mastering software CNC Machining (CAM EDGE, MASTERCAM, X2, Etc)
  • Strong management and influencing skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team

  • Ability to assess and problem solve

  • Responsibilities:
  • Must ensure excellent physical conditioning to perform the job
  • Perform pre-job equipment checks to ensure that the equipments are in good and safe operating condition
  • Check tubular running equipment before sending to the job and immediately after arriving in the job site to ensure that equipment is in good operating condition before commencing any job
  • Attend tool box talks
  • Attend rig safety meeting
  • Ability to work at heights
  • Should make sure that the safety harness and stabbing board are checked and certification valid
  • Should have good visual acuity and knowledge of hand signals
  • Accomplish required paper works pertaining to the job performed
  • Perform various duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job
  • Requirements:
